Is it pointless to buy herbal nootropics now?

Now that we know most of them contain bunk filler powder, should we stop buying them?

My herb supplies are low and I'm debating whether or not to reorder..?

I recently quit their brahmi because of pimples on the forehead (Im 28 and I have a normal hygiene) could be a number of things though like high doses of vitamin c as soon as I sneeze, creatine 1-2g a day etc.
So since quitting signs of inflammation are better, like lymph nodes for example (Im prone to that even with a bad cold or so) I might have a chronic sinusitis, rhinitis (medicamentosa) allergy or whatever.

Their Indian ashwagandha seems fine though I have been through at least 5 bottles of that without noticing the slightest thing.

Maybe we need to grow our own brahmi which is supposed to be easy, they grow in aquariums without the owners knowing its supposed to be a memory boosting herb.

I wonder how fast it grows. Would it even be feasible to have your own supply?

KSM-66 and Sensoril Ashwagandha brands are extremely dishonest.

Replying to Megatron_McLargeHuge · NootropicsDepot sells both and supposedly has the most reliable lab testing of any consumer vendor. Have you looked at their versions?

We removed the withanolide claims years ago from those two products, because we found this out in our lab testing. Both Natreon and Ixoreal were not happy with us about it, but we called them out multiple times at Supply
