Is it pointless to buy herbal nootropics now?

Now that we know most of them contain bunk filler powder, should we stop buying them?

My herb supplies are low and I'm debating whether or not to reorder..?

Bacopa and ashwagandha seem to be legit, at least from Himalaya.

When you open them they are two very different substances.

Furthermore I bought different kinds of ashwagadha extract also in bulk before and they smell and taste similar and so on.

Theres definately no rice in them, bacopa tastes like an aquarium so thats very different from rice or wheat.

Just so you know, Himalaya has refused to give me a COA for their bacopa, and has even said they do not sell the "Brahmi" branded one in the US, due to higher lead limits. However, we all know they do sell it in the US. They have ignored me ever since I told them that their US Amazon store is selling it.

I would not buy Himalaya.

Himalaya Brand Bacopa

Replying to EngIT · I'd be very interested in seeing any Himalaya COA's too. I use their Ashwagandha but I don't take it daily as I end up with a strange headspace if I take it for a few days in a row

I have been using Planetary Herbals. However, they have already refused to give another Redditor their COA. They say they do not release them to consumers, which is BS! So I do not know of one at the moment.
