Opiates monthly?

Does anyone else have a "schedule" for opiate use? I tend to indulge in 10-15mg of oxycodone about once a month. I feel as this is a good way to get the most out of an experience as there is no tolerance issue.

That's a good conservative limit for something like oxy. I usually take kratom once a week or so. That is much less strong than 15mg oxy, though.
