I have OCD as well, since the barbaric early days of tricyclics. How do you get this stuff? No doubt it's prescribed. I've been on an SSRI (lexapro) for 20 years, but it's better for depression than OCD. I'd like to try it out but I doubt a US physician would go along...

My company Ceretropic sells it. I have been taking it for a week, actually. Now that I am past the adjustment phase, it is working very well.
