I have a hard time to concentrate when I'm reading and I don't get so much done because I'm unfocused and lazy. What do you recommend?

If you are unfocused and lazy, and you want to take a substance to help, there is really only one way to do it. That is taking dopaminergic stimulants. However, those are not nootropics, and come with side effects. There is no easy lunch.
