I've had some weird interactions with triacetyluridine, DHA, and memantine. I got a lot of brainfog and blurred vision. Obviously some of that is due to the memantine. However, I discontinued memantine for a few days, then too some TAU and I got some low-level brainfog and blurring again. It is a strange reaction. I've dropped the TAU from my stack for now, until I can get a feel for it.

Got some uridine from a friend. he got it from absorb health, anyone have experience with them?

I have never tested their uridine, but we recently tested their Panax ginseng, and it was completely fake. ZERO ginseng of any species in the capsules, and ZERO ginsenosides. I would not trust a single thing from them.
