Something was potentiating my modafinil and I've finally found the culprit.

I was contemplating how good the effects of modafinil was 3~5 months ago - super-human focus all day from just a single 50mg dose. I then concluded something must have been potentiating it. I nailed it down to this CoQ10 supplement I was trialling at the time:
As you can see, it includes something called bioperine, something I've never come across. After a little googling, I found it is known increase absorption of many drugs, supplements and even food nutrients.
Sounds too good to be true to me, so can we talk a little about it? Is it safe to use this stuff alongside noots (mainly modafinil)on a regular basis?
,Thanks guys

Do you mean Piperine?

Bioperine is piperine. Black pepper contains more alkaloids than just piperine, though. Piperidine is also present in black pepper, and is a CYP2D6 inducer. So I assume he just means pure piperine.
