For something like potassium, might it be more economical to obtain from food? This make me think... spinach. Chock full of vitamin C, several B vitamins, and potassium. Tomatoes are a good source of potassium as well, and they also have lycopene, an antioxidant. If I remember right, spinach has some magnesium, but I hear the soils aren't what they used to be, and you're far more likely to be deficient than overloaded when it comes to good ol' Mg!
Magnesium citrate's 90%+ bioavailability is sexy, that's for sure. But it doesn't have near the same amount of magnesium by weight as, say, magnesium oxide, which is unfortunate. I'd say magnesium taurinate was a good idea, but I've got no idea how bioavailable it is. Taurine also has antioxidant properties too! It's hepato and nephro-protective properties certainly wouldn't hurt in one using meth regularly (I've heard the kidneys are strongly affected by vasoconstriction, i.e. from meth).
Hm, what's your thought process on the zinc? Don't know a whole lot about zinc actually... would be good to know! I've heard it interacts somehow with GABA(A) receptors, but that's it.
Although I would not suggest taking methamphetamine in the first place.
Of course, of course! :D

Definitely it would be best to get your vitamins and minerals from your diet. That can be hard at times, though.
I personally like magnesium glycinate. It provides a pretty good amount of magnesium per weight, and is cheap.
Taurine would be a good idea as well. I always take it when I have stronger stimulants.
Zinc is in there to boost the body's immune system, which can be run down by staying up for long periods on meth. It's an ok antioxidant as well, and speeds up healing.
