So have yet to see someone post a review of Ceretropic here on r/nootropics so I thought I would type up my positive experience with them.
Shipping: I placed my order on the 7th of September for a dropper of Noopept and one of the L-theanine/Caffeine combo. After 2 days it was marked in transit. There were a couple issues with my order taking a longer time then expected to get to me. However this wasn't an issue because of the quick response from the owners. /u/MisterYouAreSoDumb quickly responded to all my questions about the order and why it was taking so long (Canadian border held on it for an extended time). I got my products on the 23rd. Both vials were intact and very well padded.
Just a side note, Ceretropic's shipping label clearly stated what each vial contained. However the label that Canadian customs placed on only stated "vitamin products". Found that a little interesting.

The L-theanine/caffeine has some interesting looking crystal shards in it (http://imgur.com/3wIl5Mz) so make sure you shake it well. I'm used to taking l-theanine/caffeine at a 2:1 ratio, so I was interested to see how different the 1:1 ratio would be. I felt it…

I take wellbutrin and strattera for my adhd. Will any of these substances interact negatively? Also, when are you planning to place them up for sale?

I have to be careful not to give you medical advice here. Keep in mind, I am not a doctor.
Given my pharmacological knowledge, I would think that taking tianeptine with Strattera would be fine, as they act on different systems. Tianeptine acts on the serotonin system, and indirectly increases dopamine. Atomoxetine is an SNRI, increasing norepinephrine.
Wellbutrin (Bupropion) might also be ok. It is a mild dopamine re-uptake inhibitor, so you need to be careful, as tianeptine increases dopamine release. It's activities at the NE and ACh should not interact badly with tianeptine. However, I cannot tell you that for sure.
Yesterday I took tianeptine with ephedrine, and I had no issues other than an increased heart rate. I react very well to stimulants, though. Your mileage may vary. You need to speak with your doctor or pharmacist before trying out tianeptine.
I am just finishing up the labels for the new products, so they should be out in the next couple weeks. Hopefully the printer will do a quick turnaround time.
