I've been on it for 10 months now.. It has changed me, I didn't like myself before it for not able to think and react properly, it got me focused, too focused.. I lost my feelings, I lost my friends and I'm losing myself. I need your support, I got some 5-htp and L-Theanine for my anxiety and depression. I'm on 90 mg of Adderall. Yes.... 90! I've had ADD, anxiety and depression before I started, it gave me confidence that I never had. I built a tolerance and my anxiety inceased, I feel like I'm inside a shell and now I'm crumbling on myself. I know I can do it!! Any success stories out there??? how did your life change after it?
Edit: After recently starting the 5-htp and L-Theanine I have actually felt much more less edgy and "feelings" came back even after being on Adderall. I feel like Adderall has been providing a great benefit but at a great price too. Anyone with experiences on 5-htp & L-Theanine to their Adderall on the long term PLEASE share a comment! I feel that this might work I'm torn up about it..
Update (Wednesday): I cut back to 60 mg today, Aiming for a lower dose tomorrow. L-Theanine has helped me get through the day, I didn't feel the urge to want to take more…

L-tyrosine works. It's the same thing as NALT, but without the added acetyl group.
