Phenylpiracetam causing stiff neck/pain?

I just started taking phenylpiracetam and I absolutely love it. I'm more energetic, witty, observant, organized, motivated. It's the first noot that I actually notice.
Anyway, pretty much right when I started taking it I've had pain and stiffness at the base of my skull in my neck. Is there a possible correlation here or just coincidence? I am not taking a choline source, as choline usually gives me headaches and brain fog.

I take ALCAR every morning right before the phenylpiracetam. I wasn't aware that ALCAR can be taken to replace a choline supplement.

It donates acetyl groups to choline to form ACh. It does not replace choline, but augments it.
