If I had a choice beteen a drug that increased my IQ by 10% or my motivation by 10% I would go for the latter because it would make a bigger difference to my life. What drugs exist that increase motivation?

Mix it in some grapefruit juice and drink it. I've tried multiple water and alcohol extracts, and they are never as effective. Maybe an acid/base would get all the alkaloids, but that's a lot of work.
