Armodafinil side effect reduction?

I loves me my armodafinil. Keeps me awake, helps me concentrate... it's great stuff. But when I take it, I have to be prepared to spend the next 4-6 hours close to the bathroom, thanks to the gassiness and sometimes the runs. It's gotten so that sometimes I just take some anti-diarrhea meds at the same time.
I know, TMI. But I'm just wondering: anybody else have this problem, and how do you deal with it, other than medicating the symptoms?
