Hey I'm pretty new to Nootropics. Was going gradually start a stack, but I wanted to start with one supplement at a time to test efficacy. A friend of mine purchased some Alpha GPC and let me try it at Floydfest. It had a mix between a bitter/sweet taste and was quite different from this stuff. But I figured I would ask other experiences.

This batch is from Health Supplement Wholesalers Batch #130813

Is this what it is supposed to taste like? Thanks in advance, for all your advice.

Lel, I see how that was a bit of an overshot. Like I said I'm like pretty inexperienced so I'll take any advice you've got. I'm 180lbs, in my twenties and interested in the cognitive benefits of alpha gpc. What would you recommend?

Probably just start with 750mg of their powder, which would be about 380mg elemental. You can go up from there if you need to. Who knows, you might need less.
