Caffeine + L-theanine overdose

My own mistake and i am now reaping the consequences. I took what seems to be around 1700-2000mgs each* of caffeine + L-theanine because my scales are from China and hideously inaccurate. Also mostly my own fault, I estimate this to be the amount i took. I am feeling pretty rubbish but i threw up several times so im hoping not all of it got into my system.
Has this happened to anyone else before? Anything i can eat/drink to lessen the effects? It has been about 4.5hours now and i still feel a bit nauseous and stomach is a bit upset.
Thanks for any help.
Edit: Sorry the title was a bit misleading. I took approx (and i mean approximately, unfortunately not any real way of telling the exact amount) 1700-2000mgs of each substance. I am a very careful person and this was a stupid mistake the first of which ive made in a long time. How i t happened was i measured the substances in grams and when the scales showed no real movement i swapped to ounces and instead of 0.006 of each, i measured 0.06. Now the caffeine was soo bitter that i threw out the last little bit so i estimate it to have been around 1700mgs and maybe a little more of the theanine. I took both at 1.19pm and realised…

The normal amount around 180-200mgs each.

Damn! Then your scale is not just off, it's useless! Be very careful with caffeine. People underestimate it, since it's so common. However, pure caffeine powder is pretty potent and dangerous.
If it ever happens again, take some aspirin and a high dose of taurine. That will help calm the cardiac muscles.
