Question on using capsule filling machines

Hi all, I am new to the community. I just bought Piracetam, Aniracetam, Caffiene, L-Theanine, and Creatine. All of which are in powder form.

I am considering buying a capsule filling machine, so I can take my nootropics when I am at work or school. However, how will the capsule filling machine measure the amount of each powder I want in each capsule?

For example, if I want to make L-Theanine capsules with 200 mg each, how can I make sure the filing machine will distribute the right amount in each capsule? Is it more of an average?
