I've tried Phenylpiracetam dosed acutely at does of 50mg to 250mg, and never felt anything, subjectively, or objectively when looking at my quantified-mind.com scores, nor do I lift more weights or more reps when taken before exercising. I've always taken it sublingual, waiting for it to dissolve before washing it down with water, which is often pretty quick, like 5 minutes.
