20mg/kg, twice a day? That seems pretty ridiculously high.
The recommended maximum dose of Ritalin in humans is 2mg/kg.
I think it's more irrelevant than relevant results, IMO.

20*6/37 = 3.24mg/kg
It's still higher than the maximum recommended human dose. However, the mechanism is the interesting part of their findings. Even if the amount of increase in SERT density is dose-dependent, it shows that the mechanism is there.
