The results from our first round of 3rd party testing are in! We sent in samples of HSW's aniracetam, oxiracetam, and pramiracetam.
These samples were sent by myself to the testing lab, and should be representative of the same batches people have been getting. I spoke to Colin, the owner of the testing lab, and he confirmed all the results with me. So it looks like they meet the purity standards on the Sigma Aldrich reference samples.

How does a sample achieve over 100%? I've noticed this with some other sellers' results.

It has to do with the Sigma Aldrich reference sample. Sigma's sample is listed as >=98%.

Here is Colin's response when I asked him about it:
Most purity ranges for "pure products" are 98-102%. Taking analytical test variations it means that the result will consistently fall within that range when tested with another compound considered pure. In this instance, the Sigma reference material was listed with a purity of greater than 98% and your sample when tested vs that product as the reference yielded the reported result based on our method.
