I think I'm experiencing some ALCAR side effects, immediate help would be much appreciated

Going to try to type this out as quick as I can. Got some ALCAR last saturday and started taking small doses afterwards. I started with 400mg-800mg per day for the week. I wasn't really feeling anything so I decided to step it up today. I took 1200mg of ALCAR around 6-8 hours ago, not sure the exact time. Within the last two hours I've started experiencing some intense pain in my abdomen region. It's almost all in the center and doesn't really move around too much. Neither laying down or moving around seem to help so I've just been waiting for it to pass. Is this a symptom of ALCAR, I can't seem to find any people who've experienced this? Is there anything I can do in the mean time to help it pass? Thanks.

I've heard that some people can get gas with high doses of ALCAR. Could that be it?
