Adderall Drug Test HELP

Today is a Sunday, forgot I have a drug test on Thursday, took 30 mg of Adderall. From what I've read online I'm on the pass/fail border. This is the first time I've taken it in months. Do you guys think I'm ok? Any advice to help flush it?

Drink a ton of water and acidic drinks so that you can pee it all out. Then take some creatine night before your test and the morning of. This will make it so the test will not notice that you diluted your urine.
