Yeah it is kinda shameful that the first person that someone blames is always Middle eastern looking. It takes time away from the authorities and it is a pain in the ass for the person.

We don't know why he tackled him. Perhaps there was some other suspicious activity that we don't know about. Gut feeling is because he is Middle Eastern looking, but we don't know that for sure.
