Preferably a US source, CerebralHealth claims 99+% purity but has no lab results to back that up.
Edit: just got a reply from CH saying that "We only provide lab tests and coas to the FDA." Why would that be if they take so much pride in their purity?

coming from a tech background you see organisations such as the wifi alliance that don't actully make products but instead certify that other peoples products meet certain standards and will interoperate.
you could do something like that for noots with your test plan. Taking it further a @noot alliance@ seal of approval could be issued to vendors that meet quality and maybe pay a membership fee :)

That could be an option. I don't know how much time I want to dedicate to it, though.
