Where can I get tested pure aniracetam?

Preferably a US source, CerebralHealth claims 99+% purity but has no lab results to back that up.
Edit: just got a reply from CH saying that "We only provide lab tests and coas to the FDA." Why would that be if they take so much pride in their purity?

Once we get a few vendors tested, it should become more attractive to the others. If multiple places are verified through our purity testing, then they are going to get most of the business. I certainly would not buy from a vendor that refused participating in our testing. It's a small cost to them that will not only confirm their suppliers are giving them pure product, but also be good marketing.
