Where can I get tested pure aniracetam?

Preferably a US source, CerebralHealth claims 99+% purity but has no lab results to back that up.
Edit: just got a reply from CH saying that "We only provide lab tests and coas to the FDA." Why would that be if they take so much pride in their purity?

I have a several months old bag of "Piracetam" from Elevated Labs that I'd like to donate to science. It's definitely not piracetam.

We can definitely setup a donation account so that people can send money in to help pay for various testing. I am working with multiple vendors right now that are covering the cost of testing their racetams. However, I assume that some vendors will not want to participate. In those instances we can try and pool money together from the community to test. Each test is between $150-$200. I doubt Elevated Labs would be receptive, but we can ask.
