I'm not sure what to think. They certainly have very good prices on some things, and a wide variety. I started a checkout, and when I got to the PP checkout screen the account name was "NootraBioLabs". I did the same from the NootraBioLabs site and it went to the same PP account during checkout. Still, I'm suspicious that it may not really be them.
It looks like the site may be hosted in Bulgaria, although that's not certain. There is no contact information or FAQ available from what I can see which is a major red flag. If it is a scam however they've really gone overboard in terms of setting up a quality site.
If anyone has had any experience with this site, good or bad, please let me know!

Good suggestion. I messaged them (NootraBioLabs) via their facebook page and they responded fairly quickly saying "we ship for them (smartonnootropics)". Presumably this means they supply for them also, and we already know they collect payment for them. So maybe they are one in the same? Perhaps it's some weird affiliate arrangement, but that doesn't make much sense.
Anyways, I've put in a small order and will report back when I (hopefully) receive the goods!

I have Nootrabiolabs product. It has all been legitimate. There was a case of fake phenylpircetam from them on Longecity, though. Although I have not experienced any issues personally.
