Hearing about how Adderall may be neurotoxic isn't really floating my boat. I have three months of Adderall left so I have an appointment scheduled with my psychiatrist coming up. Is there that big of a difference between the two in terms of focus, cognition, motivation etc...

what would u suggest, specifically, as an alternative? I cant think of any. Supplementing with Magnesium is said to offset the neurotoxicity issues.

It really depends on the person. I am not as familiar with effective alternative ADHD treatments as I am with others.
Magnesium definitely helps, as does an MAOI like selegiline. You can also supplement memantine effectively.
