Just started using Modafini (Modalert); has anyone else experienced pain in their...kidney(s)?

I was not on any sort of stack, so I am very certain it was a side-effect due to the Modafinil (Modalert) tablets I took... the first day 100 mg x 2 and the second day 200 mg x 2. A mild nagging pain - not sharp or overwhelming.
I did search the archives of Reddit but found very little. Although I am paying a scheduled visit to my physician tomorrow (part of a check-up) it is not something I can ask him: 1) I'm in Japan 2) he'd likely respond with WTF?! and freak out I am using medications that were not properly prescribed by a Japanese medical doctor.
As I indicated, the pain is mild and bearable. I'm just trying to figure out what the cause might be... will continued usage produce kidney stones from Hell? Otherwise, I plan to keep using...

If you have a sec, do you think you could elaborate on what kind of potential drug interactions might be problematic? I have some Modafinil on its way, so I want to be well acquainted with any potential problems.

Basically it induces CYP1A2, CYP2B6 and CYP3A4. That means that any drugs that are metabolized by those enzymes will not be as effective. Opiates would be one type of drug that comes to mind that it metabolized by CYP3A4.
It also inhibits CYP2C9 and CYP2C19. That means that drugs metabolized by those enzymes will have higher than normal serum levels.
