My experience with New Star Nootropics

A few weeks ago I made an order with new star nootropics, it was delivered promptly however there was a discrepancy in the amount I ordered and received. So I sent NSN an email and a couple of days later I got a reply saying they would ship the remainder of the order by the beginning of the week. This was 2 weeks ago. I sent out a few e-mails asking about the tracking number and the status of the order but never received any reply. Not sure what is going on here, maybe they are too overwhelmed with the sunifiram orders? In any case, does anyone have any similar experiences?

update: received an apology email stating they will ship the missing item (which is now out of stock) and provide a refund for that product..I emailed back and no reply yet again...

update 2: no replies yet, no shipment (as far as i know)

They had a supplier issue and basically handled it as badly as they could. Some people waited for months to get their order, with no communication.
