First I should quote Wikipedia's page on antioxidants - it sets the stage quite well.

ω3s are polyunsaturated fatty acids. In fact, DHA is found in extremely high concentrations in the brain.

Very cool! Adding α-Tocotrienol along side grape seed extract would be a nice antioxidant stack.
