Searching for Experts on Nootropics to Give Talk

Hey everyone,
I am currently researching potential speakers for the next TEDxOxford. Given the university setting and a personal interest, I was thinking a speaker on nootropics would make a brilliant addition to the conference. Sadly, I'm not quite knowledgeable enough to know who is established in the field. That's where I thought you might help me - I'm thankful for any suggestions. Bonus points if they live in the UK.
Thanks for your help!
Best,
Leon

Perhaps I am jaded, but I don't think anyone is really established that can bring factually correct information in an appropriate speaking style. Every "expert" I have had a listen to, or read an AMA from, has been next to worthless. Either they have no idea what they are talking about, or they don't know how to deliver that information in a useable fashion. The state of the nootropics field seems fractured and unorganized. I cannot think of a single person, that is well known, that can bridge the knowledge gap from all the disparate parts. If you can find one, I would love to hear them, though.
