Could we compile a database which details the nootropics that are most likely to work for you, which will itself be based upon past experience?

Let me begin and say I am tired. That phenibut will get to you.. So please excuse the wordiness of my title.
So here it is. Everyone says that one nootropic may work for one person but may not for the next. This is an accepted fact among the community. It's almost always a disclaimer someone gives in a report or stack-advice post. I myself haven't had much success with aniracetam but people do. Wish I did.
What if someone (hopefully not me) were to design some semi-rigorous survey compiling a bunch of data (which will be coming from anecdotes) of different person's nootropic history. Then someone could input what has seemed to work for them, and either an engine or simple browsing would allow them to determine what to try next (this is actually what i do with them...).
Do you get what I'm saying? Has this been done before? Would it actually help? I know next to nothing about nootropics and brain chemistry, let alone how they work together. I just shove them in and hope for the best.

Not to be (too) facetious, need any noots for yourselves to really get motivated/creative/dedicated to tackle such a large undertaking? I have $10 in seed money, just send your paypal id . . .

I don't need any noots, but if you want to donate to the project that would be good. I am also trying to setup a way for us to send samples of product to get GCMS tested to verify purity. I am waiting on the lab to get back to me with pricing. We could setup a special Paypal that people could donate to pay for the testing. Still just planning at this point, but I think we need something like that, given the quality issues we have been having.
