Slightly nervous about downing all of this powder but I just did it anyway. This was on top of my fish oil and multivitamin. I will be eating a large omelette shortly after and maybe some coffee. My dosages are

Piracetam - 1.5g

Aniracetam - 750mg

Noopept - 15mg

Alpha GPC - 500mg

Yeah, that's a good start. Try it without the alpha GPC for a bit, then add some in to see how the effects change.
