I have Visceral Hypergelisa which is severe nerve damage from appendicitis. My brain and my body has mixed up signals which normal activities triggers pain. They put me on anti anxiety medicine and they couldn't do anything else for the other pain. I felt worse on this medicine so I decided to stop taking it. I felt better when I wasn't diagnosed with this because in my brain I had nothing wrong. I did have flair ups but not as bad as I do now. I'm wondering if anybody knows anything that will help with anxiety, nausea, nerve damage, or anything you think would help?

I've noticed that you have recommended Bacopa on more then one occasion. Is this a Nootropic you use on a daily basis? Have you used it by itself? What benefits have you noticed outside of less anxiety?

Yes, it is a daily dosing drug. It takes a few weeks for the effects to build up. It's an adaptogen, so it allows your body to run more efficiently without adverse trade-offs. It modulates the serotonin system. Outside of anxiety you will notice sharper cognition and just an all around more stable mood.
