EDIT1:
I spoke to Mark at liftmode. He was very professional and expressed genuine concern.

I reassessed the PEA I have. Smell wise, I again believe it to have a sweet, thick aroma. Comparable to some floral notes. I also felt the smell is similar to honey. The powder itself is also somewhat malleable and sticky.

I also reevaluated solubility. With this, I essentially retract my previous statements. I allowed more time and vigorous stirring of ~125mg in ~7Oz water. It seems I was off base in my previous account of solubility.

In terms of taste, I had previously tasted ~5-10mg, and noted "it tasted rather unpleasant. a sharp taste? acidic like perhaps. reminded me if you put your tongue on a 9v battery."

Lastly, in terms of my symptoms. It has been nearly ~60hours since ingestion and I do still have some redness and itching. If you call the peak of the reddn…

First off, PEA is not going to be orally active unless you take an MAOI as well. It's rapidly broken down by monoamine oxidase.

Second, I am not sure what could have cause the rash, but I did see a report of another person having this issue. Here is the link to that thread over at bodybuilding forums. Please note the quality of the responses on that forum...
