This may be foolish, but I was wondering if there were any possible ways of mitigating alcohol harm. Any supplements? Also, I've longtime attempting to gauge alcohol harm in comparison to other substances. Some people say 1 month for MDMA, some 90 says, does alcohol have a similar number to anyone here?

What about sulbutiamine? As I understand it, it's essentially two vitamin B1 molecules stuck together in a dimer that more readily crosses the blood-brain barrier. It's also a weak stimulant.

It might help. It has been shown to be neuroprotective. However, it also sensitizes dopamine receptors. It may have interactions that we are not aware of. I would suggest some more research before trying it out.
EDIT: Whoops. I did not realize this was on the post about alcohol. I was speaking about MDMA. It should be fine to use with alcohol.
