This may be foolish, but I was wondering if there were any possible ways of mitigating alcohol harm. Any supplements? Also, I've longtime attempting to gauge alcohol harm in comparison to other substances. Some people say 1 month for MDMA, some 90 says, does alcohol have a similar number to anyone here?

Alcohol consumption depletes vitamin B1 and B5, as well as magnesium. Taking the stack below will help mitigate much of alcohol's adverse effects.
1. Piracetam- It is a neuroprotectant, and potentiator. You will need to drink less on it to feel the same effects.
1. B Complex- Restore depleted B levels.
1. Bioavailable Magnesium- Restore depleted mag levels.
1. N-Acetylcysteine- Binds to acetaldehyde when your glutathione levels cannot handle it all. Helps a lot!
1. Water- Drink tons of water before bed.
