I'm very confused of which form to buy. Heard promising things about l-threonate but then i saw this thread threonate vs the sulfate form. Other than that theres oxide, chelate, orotate etc etc with tons of different studies. Which one should i buy to get the best effects and bioavailability? Also, is it beneficial to stack it with Calcium?

I have settled on Glycinate/lysinate. The are others with good bioavailabilty, like malate, orrorate, L-theonate, citrate, taurate, etc. However, some are too expensive, and others have slight laxative effects. I would suggest a source that uses Albion magnesium, since they are the go to producer due to their full chelation process.
