[Quick request]: Suntheanine Bulk Powder Source

Most of us have read that Suntheanine is one of the the purest forms of L-Theanine out there.
I'm looking for bulk L-Theanine, but none of the powder sellers that I've seen list their source (and if they do, it hasn't been Suntheanine)
Can anyone recommend a source of Suntheanine bulk powder?

From what I have found, the Suntheanine patent is held by Taiyo Kagaku Co., Ltd. They held exclusive rights to the 100% levorotatory isomer. However, I found a post on longecity alluding to the fact that it ran out in 2003. I found that they were awarded a new patent in 2003, but I cannot find out what it covered. Perhaps it was just a specific synth method. According to Pure Bulk, their formulation is also pure levorotatory isomer now. They talked about how to tell on a COA if it was too.
