I am creating a nootropics mind map. Does anyone want to give me constructive criticism or contribute?

It's obviously far from finished, but here is what I've got after about an hour of working on it last night. I'm using this format because this is how I learn most effectively. I apologize if this is not "official" enough with citations, etc. It's a work in progress. If anyone wants to contribute, I've selected Xmind as the format, and I could host it in a shared dropbox folder, unless you have better ideas.
EDIT 1: Thanks for the positive. Let's make this a collaborative effort. Instead of hosting and getting multiple random versions, I think it would be best if we all share a folder. That way we can track version changes and roll back if needed, e.g. someone deletes everything then saves. Please PM me your email address (the one linked to your dropbox) and I will invite you to my dropbox folder...unless someone can suggest a better way to host this for collaboration.
UPDATE: I've added a little more data to the TLDR noot map. I am going to host it here for download.. New Screenshot http://i.imgur.com/CGdfg.png Here is where you can download the Xmind file. https://www.dropbox.com/s/bkd1o0kvzmmpg5u/Cognitive%20Enhanc…

TLDR: During the first few minutes of a stroke or if you shoot ethidium bormide into your brain, like you do, then lower doses of pira are a good plan. The rest of the time, 5g-ish doses are optimal.
Yeah, there was a study on pira and levi I have apparently misfiled my cite to that basically said the same thing, lots of pira in the acute phase of ischemic stroke wasn't good. However, they found that normal doses (5g or more) were gang busters after that acute phase, which lasts about 30 minutes or so.
The two studies you are citing here basically say the same thing. If you go through to the full paper on that "Piracetam improves mitochondrial dysfunction following oxidative stress" you will find that for normal oxidative stress, the higher doses (5g) are a sweet spot. The other one says when you shoot brain eating poison into yourself, cut down on the racetams for a while.

Exactly. Now the subject that this does bring up is other drug usage. What happens if you take MDMA/amphetamine/xxxx along with your piracetam? From a cursory glance, it would seem that keeping your piracetam dosage low would be the best. However, the studies just don't give us enough information to figure out which oxidative mechanisms are in play. I am going to stand by my assessment that you either take 1.6 grams before, or none at all. That is, until we can get more conclusive evidence for the oxidative mechanisms.
