A friend's analogy of MDMA..

Original post in this thread

So a few friends and I were smoking the other night when one of them came up with the PERFECT description for the effects of MDMA. She claimed that it gives you the personality of a dog. "Think about it, everything is exciting and captures your full attention, you're ridiculously friendly to the point of cuddling everyone, even those you have only just met, and you're incredibly energetic." I don't know if you guys have ever thought about this before, but I think that this is pretty damn accurate.

EDIT: OK, it seems this idea was much more "perfect" when we were high. I still think it was a very good analogy and I appreciate hearing views from others!

No argument there, I guess I thought you were more complaining about their actions than their ages.
Truth be told I'm one if those guys in the cuddle puddle, but I'm 19 and to be honest there's probably no faster way to meet easy women than in the puddle of cuddle.
But I agree, the 15-year olds rolling face at the all-ages event is definitely not something I like to see either. I think most of the fault for that lies on the douchebags that are willing to sell pills to kids that young, though.

I'm not faulting or blaming anyone. However, many of the things I see upset me, especially while rolling. I have nothing against people doing the things they love. In fact, I have friends that like to dress up in tutus and panda hats and have a great time at events like EDC. They are females in their mid 20's though, and never do things that could harm themselves. Just because I don't want to get all dressed up and cuddle with people doesn't mean I don't accept that some people do. It just seems to always be the underage kids that are fucked out of their minds, so I associate that behavior with being upset over their other actions. And as you can see, I get upset when people blame their behaviors on the drugs without taking responsibility for their own decisions.

And I figured you were, given your screen name. Haha. Just be safe!

EDIT(clarification): Figured you were someone that dresses up, not someone that blames the drugs.
