I have never done it, but I've done simple Marijuana/psychoactives + DMT and I can guarantee it doesn't compare to Ayahusaca.

MAOIs are impecibily incredible. I simply cannot imagine the mental breakdown of 12hr + Ayahusaca trip.

Yeah, I have never done it myself, but I read up about it. It seems the MAOI's and DMT all mixed together take you to a much greater place than just the sum of each individually. She did it in a hut, deep in the Amazon with some locals. She said it was not that crazy of a trip, and not very long. This leads me to believe that the DMT was not in the Ayahusaca she took.
