What's the worst drug experience you have had with someone?

I was married to my first wife (I was 24, she was 32) and our life was pretty dull. I liked to smoke some weed once and awhile and thought it would be fun to do together. I nudged her for several years to try, but she always resisted.
Then on New Years Eve of 2002 she decided she would like to try. She didn't want to smoke, so I made a milky tea concoction. I did my best to get the proportions correct and give her a nice high. She also insisted that I don't get high until we see how it affects her.
She drank the tea and things were great for like 15 minutes. She was laughing and recalling funny stories. It was the most fun we had being married. She was totally relaxed and fun. And then BOOM. She starts freaking out and getting paranoid. She's crying and yelling at me "Why did you make me do this? I'm going to die!" This went on for about two or three hours. She was on the couch and she was convinced that if she got up she was going to fall and die. Which has fine, except later in the night she needed to poop. I told her she had to go to the bathroom but she would not budge. She said she would just poop on the couch. This night was already bad enough, I didn't want feces all ov…

Should I be worried about any increased serotonin or serotonin analogues having the same effect as what you mentioned with dopamine oxidation? I generally only mess around with psychedelics, I was on adderall for years and it's not fun for me, just dull.

The problem with serotonin is, it takes a lot longer to replenish in your brain. Serotonin syndrome is always a problem with too much being released in your central nervous system, but is easily avoided by not going crazy with your dosage and not mixing serotonergic drugs. NEVER take a serotonin releasing agent or reuptake inhibitor with a monoamine oxidase inhibitor. That will give you serotonin syndrome very quickly. Now the delicate balance of serotonin and dopamine is also a reason to do the things I mentioned for dopamine. Serotonin syndrome aside, the main damage that is caused is still from dopamine. Like I mentioned, serotonin is easily depleted and takes a while to build back up. Therefore, what do you think happens to your SERT (serotonin transporter) when it has not more serotonin to bind to it? Well it starts reuptaking dopamine into your neurons. Dopamine gets converted by monoamine oxidase B into hydrogen peroxide, thus causing damage to your serotonin neurons. Easy ways to prevent this, dosage!!!! Do not take too much. MDMA is one of the types I am speaking to. It's is perfectly safe at reasonable doses with antioxidants. It starts to become more dangerous the higher the dose, and also if it is taken in conjunction with a dopamine releasing agent like amphetamine. Remember less serotonin, plus more dopamine, equals more hydrogen peroxide. Traditional psychedelics like psilocybin/psylocin and LSD bind directly to serotonin recpetors and do not cause a release or depletion of serotonin like MDMA does. So those are much safer. Vitamin C is your best friend in this regard! It is an excellent antioxidant that passes the blood brain barrier quickly. Also the other supplements I mentioned are fantastic. If you plan on doing MDMA, in the days after your roll, take 5-HTP at the same time as taking a green tea pill (EGCG). This will help restore your serotonin levels in your brain. Don't take it without green tea extract though, as it will be converted to serotonin in your stomach before it has a chance to pass your blood brain barrier, essentially wasting it. And only take 5-HTP for 3-4 days, or start taking DLPA with it. This is due to the fact that dopamine and serotonin both use the same enzyme to get synthesized. Hope that helps! Stay safe!
