I'd say 250mg is a medium dose. Any over that is a high dose, in my opinion.

Yeah, it has a distinct smell. I personally wouldn't say strong plastic, but everyone describes smells differently. There's nothing in the GC over a smell threshold, though, so it is not a residual solvent.

There is really no human data on phenylpiracetam hydrazide, so we can only speculate on the data we do have regarding phenylpiracetam and piracetam hydrazide.
