ND Phenylpiracetam Quality Concerns ( Smell & Texture )

I have taken Phenylpiracetam for over 7 months daily & for years prior to that on weekends. I do not use capsules and always weight my dose out with a mg scale. I have used various brands of Phenylpiracetam powder and found one in particular that stands out amongst the rest. It has a very bitter taste but the smell is not offensive. I recently opened a 30 gram tub of nootropics depot phenylpiracetam and was blown away at how strongly it smelled off chemicals. It smells like toxic plastic. I also noticed an obvious difference in the way the powder looks in comparison to the one brand that I used prior which did not harbor this smell. The effects are also drastically different.
I am not here to bash ND. I am just a bit concerned. My question to ND is - why does your product have such strong smell in comparison to other brands.

I just opened a jar of phenylpiracetam and it smells like it always has. I have retained samples going all the way back to 2013, and even some other samples from before that, and they all match. Nothing seems off to me. I also pulled the lab data from the most recent batch, and looked at the residual solvent testing. There's nothing in there.
So there is nothing that the GC can see.
Here is the NMR for that batch.
No other signals on the NMR. UPLC testing showed that it was more pure than the TRC reference standard, at 102%. Loss on drying was super low as well, at 1%. Everything seems perfect on the lab testing, and my nose can't detect anything off. Perhaps your jar is off gassing? I guess that would explain the plastic smell.
