I've been taking 500mg (one capsule) of our Celastrus daily. I take it midday around 12pm. I get a nice cognitive boost along with a calming mood increase. It suits me for the midday period, where I need a bit of a boost, but don't want to get too anxious.

I'm not sure on that one. Does Honduras have a restricted list for customs posted somewhere? We've had a customer order noopept to Honduras before, but that was over a year ago. A more recent order to Honduras had phenylpiracetam and oxiracetam, but not noopept.
