Yep, we did a lot of polling before we developed Alcohol Defense, and the vast majority of people said that they would forget to take it beforehand. So we had to develop one for after. The general drinking public is very different than the nootropics crowd.

30 minutes is the most ideal. As long as it is in your system before you start drinking alcohol, you should be fine. Giving a 30 minute buffer to allow it to absorb can be a good idea, though.

Both. We focused on sleep quality, but then adjusted to help sleep onset as well. This is why it is taking us longer than anticipated, and why we are on formula number 5. It's difficult to improve both sleep quality and sleep onset, while preventing grogginess.
