Just spent the last week in Tempe, and I'm kicking myself.

I'm a long time Ceretropic/ND customer and I had the opportunity to visit Tempe to take some Ochem lab courses in person, and I didn't realize until my last day there that you guys had a B&M store, and it was already closed since I was in the lab all day. It's a shame, too, since I spent most of my nights on Mill ave drinking, and probably really could've used some of that Alcohol Defense. And I would have loved to meet your staff. But oh, well, it certainly won't be my last time visiting, I love the area, and hopefully you guys are still around next time.

We actually don't have a brick and mortar retail store. Our buildings are administration, production, and fulfillment buildings. We may eventually have a retail storefront, but that requires more insurance to have customers on-premise. Plus, we would want it laid out in a more retail manner. We have plenty of room in the front of our administration building, but it is just open space with marble floors right now. So we would need to setup some display shelves, and of course have someone manning it. I am not sure if there is enough local demand to justify a build-out like that at the moment, though. I don't want to have someone just sitting around with very few walk-in customers. We are not really in a retail area. So it would only be existing customers coming in when they want to order.
We are trying to get into stores and gas stations around Tempe/Phoenix, though. So hopefully sometime soon you will see Alcohol Defense and DynaMAX packets at the counters of stores. That would be convenient for people around Mill Ave/ASU.
