Has anyone else taken the 10% Tongkat Ali for years?

I’m just wondering if I’m doing damage to myself by taking the 10% extract for going on two years now if not longer. I take 5 on 2 off and have done that for the entire time.
I briefly came off it during a period like a three week time span where funds were tight and my libido and gym performance tanked so I’m a little worried at this point at being stuck in a place where I basically have no choice but to take it.
I take it daily with Pregnolone, D3K2, Zinc, C3G, Black Ginger, and Magnesium if that makes a difference.

hey i cant afford bloodwork over and over to test this myself, i use ND tongat 2 percent and love it, however i worry that estrogen can either decrease or increase significantly depending on how frequently you take it. (Constantly lowering estrogen will make your body compensate and make even more than normal baseline)
i only take it 2-3 times a week but sometimes i do notice the next day a bit of a crash. is this dopamine related or cortisol related if not estrogen?

If you screenshot the bloodwork, and then post it to Imgur, you can post those links here. Then I can see them.
Tongkat can lower estrogen for some people. It's an issue I deal with. Interestingly, Lance's estrogen went up! So everyone is different. The crash you are feeling is likely cortisol related. This is why we are putting some things in to hit cortisol receptors in our new Tongkat stack that will be releasing soon. I have found that the stack you take with Tongkat really makes a big difference. This is why you see some people loving it without side effects, while others are not. The people loving it are likely taking a few other things to balance it all out.
