I find it to be a nice calming effect when taken daily, especially when combined with other things like L-theanine and ashwagandha. It also improved sleep.

It seems to be modulating the benzodiazepine receptor. Also, I notice much more hair growth when taking it. It's a very noticeable effect, especially facial hair.

L-theanine, taurine, and supercritical coriander are what I would suggest. They all go well with Shoden as well.

Taurine is one many people overlook. I actually like it more than L-theanine for smoothing out stimulants.
